Dr. Adv. Harshul Savla has completed his Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai and has authored India’s First Ph.D. Thesis on REITs. His White Paper for CREDAI-MCHI on the topic of “Impact of COVID 19 on Real Estate Sector” was published by more than 14 media giants including The Economic Times, Bloomberg Quint, CNBC TV 18, Financial Express, Business Standard, Loksatta etc.
Apurva Agarwal, Founding Partner of Universal Legal, with over 25 years of experience, is one of the leading Real Estate and Corporate Lawyer in India. He has a B.A. LLB (Hons) degree from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, an LLM from Bond University (Australia). After working for 5 years in leading law firms in India, he established Apurva Associates and subsequently founded Universal Legal, Mumbai in 2004.
